Food Items (Turkish Delights, Baklava, and Other Fresh Goods) 


Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we have specific guidelines:

 
Damaged Goods:  


  - If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.  
  - Provide a clear explanation of the issue along with proof of the damaged package (e.g., photos).  
  - Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit, as appropriate.  


Satisfaction Concerns:  


  - We cannot process refunds for food items simply because of dissatisfaction, as they are perishable and customized to your order.  

Non-Food Items  


Eligibility for Return:  


  - Non-food items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.  
  - Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.  


Damaged or Defective Items:  


  - If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).  
  - Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
