Shipping Policy for Turkish Grand Bazaar South Africa

At Turkish Grand Bazaar South Africa, we work with The Courier Guy to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Below is our shipping policy:  

Shipping Rates  

- Western Cape: R100 (1–2 business days from dispatch)  
- Rest of South Africa: R130 (2–5 business days from dispatch)  

Dispatch Schedule  

- Orders are dispatched three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM on dispatch days will be processed for the next dispatch day.  

Order Processing  

- All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.  

Tracking Your Order

 
- A tracking number will be provided automatically once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track your delivery in real-time.
